2.How to access Heart to Heart . tv content?
Use any compatible web browser on your personal computer, tablet, phone or any other smart device connected to internet.

3. What do I need to subscribe?
All you need is a VISA/MASTER/AMEX branded credit card from 135+ countries.

4. What type of International cards and currencies are accepted?
Though you see the price in only US dollars as of now, www.hearttoheart.tv accepts all major credit cards from customers in 135+ currencies. You can also use 3D Secure for any payment.

5. Are there any international transactional fees or conversion fees applied on top of the subscription price?
NO, our payment gateway partner doesn’t charge any transaction fees at present. What you see is what you pay after the currency conversion, depending on exchange rate on that day.
6. What is the local price in my country for subscription?
To maintain simplicity and uniformity, HeartToHeart.Tv has the same subscription prices for all geographies. The price will be calculated based on the exchange rate on the day of subscription.

8. How to update credit card details or changes to the subscription?
i. Login to your Heart to Heart .tv account
ii.Click on "My Account" on the menu bar
iii.Select "Settings" on the screen
iv.Click update billing settings
v. Click "Update method" to change/update credit card information or cancel your subscription
